Gutter Replacement/Installation
We install 5” and 6” K-style aluminum seamless gutters. K-style is the most-common style of gutters on residential homes. Each corner is hand-mitered to reduce the number of seams in the gutter. The fewer seams in the gutter, the fewer potential leaks. Always go with a seamless gutter in order to maintain your home’s integrity.We offer a 5-year guarantee on all of our gutter and downspout installations, provided that gutter cleaning is performed at least annually through the Gu-Wi Maintenance Plan Program.

Gutter Service Box Installation
Service boxes are installed near the lower portion of the downspouts. Service boxes will be spliced into the lower level 2'- 4' of the downspout where it is easily accessible and can be maintained periodically by our customers.
This will catch leaves and needles before they go into the underground drainage lines. It will need to be cleaned out periodically based on the amount of debris it catches which is something outside of our control.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutters are a home's most neglected asset. Gutters should be cleared at least annually to maintain a free-flowing system. Our gutter clearings include a complimentary roof blow*, cleaning of downspouts, and property clean-up.
We ensure proper cleaning of gutters by leaf blowing loose debris from the roof’s peaks and valley’s. We then hand-scoop all debris from the gutters. We do not leaf-blow out your gutters.
Gu-Wi is considerate of your properties cleanliness while we perform our work from the roof or ladders. We always clean-up any debris that may have fallen down from the roof during service.
Gutter Repair
Gutters wear and tear just like anything else on a home. We can repair almost any gutter by realigning, re-securing, and resealing.
Complimentary minor gutter repairs: Complimentary with any and all gutter cleanings we include any minor repairs of gutters as we clean them. This includes re-securing any loose gutters, as well as unclogging any downspouts. Please note: reseals and realignments are not included in the complimentary service. If requested, these would be an additional charge.
Gutter reseals are tricky. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the work of another installer. Overtime these seals have warped, cracked, or split and seesawing is not always successful depending on the extent of the wear in the section of the gutter. However, if it CAN be done Gu-Wi CAN get it done! We caulk the corners with matching white caulk, the best on the market.
Gutter Cover Installation
No gutter cover is maintenance-free, but the maintenance is much easier and much faster. Also, servicing the gutters is needed much less than gutters without covers.
Gutter covers will provide consistency throughout the season.
Often times in large wind storms, leaves and needles create an immediate clog in the gutters. Almost all gutter covers keep the gutters functioning properly. But some covers create more issues and require attention more regularly.
